By downloading, installing, or using the Wanderra app, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
Wanderra is a travel bucket list app that allows users to save, organize, and track destinations they want to visit. It is developed and operated by Wanderra LLC.
You must create an account to use Wanderra. You agree to provide accurate information and keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account.
Free tier: Unlimited destinations on your bucket list, with data stored in iCloud or locally if iCloud is not available.
Wanderer Tier: Unlocks trips, destination recommendations, and secure data storage on Wanderra servers for $2.99/month or $19.99/year (USD). Pricing may vary by region as determined by Apple.
All payments are processed by Apple through the App Store. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. You can manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple ID account settings at any time.
We do not offer refunds outside of Apple's standard refund policy. To request a refund, visit reportaproblem.apple.com.

You retain ownership of the content you add to Wanderra (destination names, notes, etc.). By using the app, you grant Wanderra LLC a limited license to store and display your content solely for the purpose of providing the service to you.
Wanderra is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that your data will never be lost. We recommend keeping your own records of important information.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Wanderra LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app, including but not limited to loss of data.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time from within the app.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms. We will notify users of material changes via the app or email.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of South Carolina, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
